I do, I had the same idea but couldn't find the shifter for cheap enough.

ebay it like i did paid 10 big ones for it the stock one is too short and far away and i have to have the seat one notch from the end of the slider cause of my looooong legs and i hated reaching for the shifter so i fixed the problem
