ignition wire

so my truck didnt have a cigarette lighter when i first got it, so when i went to install one, there was no wire that was connected or w/e the word im lookin for is that makes the cigareete lighter work with the ignition or is it a power wire? i ended up putting it on a switch connected to the battery but its extra wire im trying to clean up so does anyone know how its supposed to b hooked up like stock?

This is the diagram for a 88 truck & 4 runner,should be the same!Looks like red/green from fuse & white /black which is always ground
