for those that have wired in ranger lights or installed them

I hooked up the ranger lights and the headlights seem to be really dim. What wires did U connect from the stock mazda wiring to the new ranger lights?

I also have them installed and unluckily I had a grill I could cut up. My question is how do you make it look finished if I am not going the use the billet grill... I like the billet but am unsure where to get it
