Thats what I'm talking about. That would be cool. I would like it just to get some free parts floated my way.

I raced for years. Have a PowerLight thats older than I am. Total weight when i raced was 11 pounds. I sold off my wheels and cranks, and now it weighs about 18-20 pounds with steel parts.

Still 18 20 pounds is super light.

This is true. The frame is crazy. It's all 1" and 3/4" tubing, and alone weighs just over 1 lb. It stood up well to all the table tops and double humps on the tracks. But I never did any really serious jumps with it. Nothing more than 4-5 feet off the surface. Was an easy bike to get moving though. I liked racing.

Got any pics of it?
I love those choppers buy the way. I want to tryand build one myself someday.
More bobber board track racer harley davidson style

I'll take some pictures of it tomorrow. It's got all steel parts, and one piece cranks on it now. Sold off my titanium rims/stainless spokes, and Spyder cranks to fund other stuff, but I still rode it. Felt a lot different, but still raceable. I got a flat tire once, and stopped riding it and started building mini chops. Maybe I should put that new tube in. Lol...

The mini chops aren't that expensive to build. They cost less than my wheels retailed for... Lol. I build my own with used motors, rebuilt for performance. And, if you're more into the old school bikes, check this out.

It's now got chain link struts on the springer, and is getting apes. Not exactly a board track racer, but I like it. Old school feel. I want to build something with a street fighter feel, and a leaf spring front end. Something weird with my own twists. The old school stuff is where its at for me. The orange bike was actually build for a Mini Chopper Buildoff (which I won, and got into a magazine with). So, I built somethign that would apply to the masses, but somethign I could still call my own.

Oh, if you decide to build one any time soon, let me know. I can hook you up with parts, and any tips you might need. I've got wholesale accounts with a lot of the big companies that make parts. And I make parts too, like kickstands, tanks, frames, and front ends.

Awersome dude. It will be awhile before I can build the chopper. Oldschool is it for me also. I still love minitrucks but I just love the old school traditional early 50s style modelA trucks. Chopped top channelled and a hopped up cadillac mill or old rocket or whatever.

What BMX pros do you guys like to see ride in videos or in person or see pics in mags. Post some pics if you got any.

I like to see Edwin De La Rosa ride street. Awesome style. I like watching Terry Adams ride Flat.

Well, no freestyle guys. But, I used to ride with a guy named Donny Robinson.

The kid was crazy fast. Only guy on the track I couldn't beat. Now he's got sponsors out the ass, ( Monster Energy, Bombshell, Spy Optic, Fly Racing, Shimano) and makes a living riding a custom P-Lite...

Us race guys did get some decent air though...
