i made my entire 2link, its ready to go on.. and i might want to mount my bags on the bars, it would be less work than building an entire new bridge, plus id get a little more lift, and ride smoother.. but the way my 2link is, the bags are 7" in diameter and i want a 1" gap between frame and bag, and to do that the bottom of the bag will have to be off-centered on the bar about 1" would that be ok since it wouldnt really flex much to wear out the bushing since its welded directly to the rearend, and the bag will be closer to the rearend than to the bushing? im using 2x2 tubing, 3/16" wall. ill post pics soon too.. thanks. peace
