My friend is searchin high and low for a low dollar mini, near Vegas. So-cal or Arizone is cool too. He needs one that runs decent, but might need work. If it doesn't smog thats cool cause he's going to register it in another state. He's wanting something $1000 or below. Anyone got one or know of one.Thanks
