Tail lights and suspension

Two questions.... I have full air-ride but it still only lays like 3" (sideskirt to ground) anyone know the best way to get it to lay lower?? AND Does anyone know hot to get tail-lights behind plexi-glass? I can't figure out what to use to hold the plexi-glass into the fiberglass bumper.
