My brother ordered a pair of bags from them over 3 weeks ago over the phone. They said they're waitting on new shipment of parts, then they can send his bags out. I recomended them cause that's where I get my stuff from with no problems, they have/had good customer support. He's been calling and emailing them everyday for the past few days to see what the ETA is on his bags. Either the phone rings and rings, or answering machine kicks on but says it's full of messages so he can't leave any messages. He called yesterday and the phone is no longer "in service"... No replies from emails either. Any one know what the deal is??? I'm ready to order some more stuff from them also, so if they have went under, now I gotta find a new supplier!!!
