Need some pictures touched up....

Ok guys I took some pictures of a friends chopper last night that he is going to use for his sponosors, and what not, and I need some of them touched up. Is there anyway to take my reflection out of chrome? There are like 2 or 3 pictures where you can see either me, or my shoe in the chrome. Also on like 3 of the pictures there is a flash from the camera, can that be taken out? I dont have photoshop otherwise id do this myself.

If anybody could help me out id appreciate it. Thanks alot. Also I cannot host the pictures because I have nowhere to host them, so if anybody wants to host them on a site ill send them to you and you can host them for me, otherwise ill email them to you.
