Phantom grille repair help

Ok last year I clipped a dear and broke my phantom grille. I have tried to fiberglas it but it didnt hold and cracked almost right away.does anybody know how to repair this kind of material.it isn't fiberglas I believe it is some kind of ABS plastic or some other kind of plastic also it has what appears to be white gellcoat on it.
