front end conversions on civics

Ok, some time ago i was looking at an import magazine, and saw a front end conversion that had headlights and everything to convert a civic to look like a skyline, has anyone got any idea where i can find this, i found a smashed up 95 civic ex i am buying and want to do this to the nose..
