ever get stuck?

Do you ever find your self stuck in stuff because of your suspension or tires? Lastnight I was going around a curve and it was pouring rain and I lost control and did a 360 and then found my self in a ditch stuck in some mud/grass and because my truck has no tread on the tires I could not get my self out and i had 8people pushing and it still would not push out I had to call my dad and he had to pull me out with his Tahoe...That shit sucked so bad I tried to put a book under my traction wheel and that did nothing and then I put a board under it and that did nothing....Dose that kind of stuff ever happen to you because you have loprofile tires or low suspension??
