vibrations

ok a while back i posted about this same vibration but since then iv had it checked at a couple shops..anyway around 55-65 mph my truck gets a vibration..not bad enough to feel in the steering but (sounds stupid)if you lean your head against the window it will rattle your teeth..my rotors and drums are shaved down to fit my eskalaids and my wheels are balanced with teflon wights and regular ones on the back side..37.00 worth...my truck is lowerd with tortions and 3 inch bloks..so where do you think this vibration is comming from??should i get angled blocks? new rotors and drums and have my wheels machined to clear? i know theres some guys on here running the same way ..do you have problems like this..sorry post is so long just want to be clear..
