I have a 1995 s-10 and it has always shifted hard and late. So the other day I was driving and the truck never shifted into the next gear, but the truck will move at like 3500-4000 rpm but will only go like 2 mph. The truck goes in reverse but once again only moves about 2 mph at a high rpm. Anyone know if it is the tranny itself or just the torque converter? Truck goes into all the gears, park, reverse, drive, overdrive, first, and second.
