Man i love those traditional(rat) rods. For those of you that are into building plastic model cars, this company MINICRAFT makes 1:16 scale 1931 ford model a and trucks, highboys, sedan delivery vans, tudor sedans The website is , but I seen a few on ebay for 12 bucks instead of the $30-$44 that the website offers. I am building the sedan delivery van that I chopped the top, sectioned the body and lowered on the steelies with wide white walls and a flat head v8 that comes with the model A roadster kit.

I saw that C10 at Goodguys a while back. IMO, he ruined that truck. It looks like crap, and the tube work it too much. And his welds looked pretty shitty . I saw it with a bare mteal frame though, no bondo.

looking @ these rides got me to wondering( & looking thru the stacks of Rod & Custom). will some of the ideas used on those work on a mini truck. pretty much, would a mustang II indepedent front suspension system work. or a the rear suspension from a eagle talon?. and i thinking this for the older yotas like from 79-83

Yes it would, but why swap out for Mustang II when you have a well designed suspension setup.
