unsafe vehicle....

As i was leaving my house today, i got pulled over by a motorcycle cop. I was able to drive for 15 seconds before he came out of nowhere and pulled me over. I didn't notice him til i looked in my rear view. He walked up to my window and asked me what the hell am i doing? So i told him i'm going to work and he said i mean the truck. He told me that i cannot take this truck out on the public road. He then took my license, registration, and proof of insurance. It took him 15 minutes to decide on what to cite me for. He ended up giving me a ticket for unsafe vehicle and told me to go home and put the truck back in the garage. If I get caught driving this truck they will impound it. So now, I have to put my suspension back to stock to get it signed off. Does anybody know if I am able to put my truck back to stock after the frame has been notched.
