BURNED ON EBAY?

Anyone been burned on a sale on or thru ebay? Here's my story-quickly! Guy (kgafgen) was selling 4 chevy alum. wheels indiv. I ask 4 the set & he says ok. Sends me a buy-it-now. I pay & pick up wheels in the evening like he says. I look at the wheels 1 day later and they're chemical stained! MF!
