engine won't start.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

here's the deal,I traded my running 95 honda accord for what i thought was a running 86 mazda b-2000.The guy told me that it was rebuilt and bored .20,but stopped messing with the truck after that.Now i am trying to get the truck to start.I've changed the starter,battery cables,fuel filter under the hood,and the spark plugs.Does anyone else know what i should check?
