??? Smoothin Door Panels ???

I don't know even where to start. whats the process on smoothin out my door panels. theres a section with fabric, what do i do. when i rip it off theres gonna be a lil crease, what do i use to build it up ti make it look one piece. I know i use fiber glass but i've never attempted to use glass before. Anyone give me some tips, process of doing it, or pics. heres a pice of my door panel.
