Suiciding doors.....with stock hinges

hey guys, before long im gonna be suiciding my doors on my nissan hardbody. but i dont really wanna use suicide hinges to do it. i want to use the stock hinges so the door swings into the door jam instead of out past it.......if anyone out there has done this, how did u go about doin it? any pics of the hinges or anything, inside the door. i know that ill have to rework the inside so the door can swing in......one of the biggest questions tho is how did u keep the door lined up. i know with a suicide hinge kit u can do alot of it with the stock hinges still on so keepin the door aligned isnt much of a problem........thanks
