Wheel hits the tie rod....need advice....pics

Alright, I got my new rims yesterday, and I went out and test fit one earlier, and it fits good, all but the damn tie-rod end hits the lip of the wheel. Can I turn the tie rod end over so instead of comming up through the spindal from the bottom, it comes from the top of the spindal, or should I section the spindal and weld it back together? I dont want to use a spacer if I dont have too.
