new extreme valve wiring question???

ok i have the new 250 extreme valves from jason over at suicide.my question is that there is no lead wire for hooking them up but there is 3 prongs on the actual valve itself how do i wire this up??im new at this and have no clue i know most valves have two lead wires ground and power but these have 3 prongs.help please.
