This is long, but kinda intresting..sorry, just typed incase anyone took intrest in something like this. my pops was a homocide detective for 13 years, they gave him all kinds of books and classes that helped him detect a liar, he gave me the book, and so far this is what i figured out.

There is 3 ways of thinking, Visual, Auditory, Kinistetic.

We all use all methods of thinking, but one is often more dominant then the other. To figure that out,you must ask a serious of questions you already know the answers to,and watch there eyes and gestures.

Visual thinkers, think of something visual in there head and then speak it, this makes up 60% of population. When thinking, they look up.

Auditory thinkers, think of things they heard,or what sounds good to them, this makes up 20%. When thinking, they look to the sides.

Kinistetic thinkers, use touch, or place themselves in situations in which something could happen emotionally. this makes up 15% of population. Albert Einstein was a kinstetic thinker. Schools use reading and writing for teaching, not 'touching' thats why Kinistetic thinkers often fail out of grade school, yet they are very smart people. When thinking, they look down to the right.

Before you ask people questions, you want to build rapport. By building rapport it increases that persons confidence level in you, causing them to open up more and give you more information. By building rapport secretly, all you do is mirror them. If they change body position, you change body position. If they blink there eyes alot, you tap your fingers. If they cross theyre legs, cross yours at the ankles. This causes there suconscious mind to pick up on this, yet there conscious mind doesnt, this tells the brain that they are more like you, which causes you to open up and give more information feeling more comftorable.

After you feel you have built rapport, you make the first move, if they change theyre body position or do whatever you did shortly after, that means you have them opened up to you,and you can basicly get all the information out of them you need.

Most people can lie, if you replay a situation into your mind 100 times, you can recall it 100% accurate. It is asking questions that lead up to the lie which causes them to no longer use the recalling memory, and switch there brain to a creative memory, because they have to now make something up,because they cant recall it.

Visual thinkers look up to the right to Create something in there mind, they look up to the left to recall.

Auditory looks to the right to create,to the left to recall.

Kinistetic will look down right to create, down left to recall.

Example: If you ask a guy where he was lastnight and he looks up to the left and says at home,he is a visual thinker,he probaly was at home. If you ask why he was there and the real truth was he killed his neighbor and dismembered his body in his basement, yet he looks up and right, and then responds and says he had nothing to do. There is a good chance he is lying, since his anwser came from the creative side of his brain, yet all he had to do was use his recall side to anwser the basic truth.

95% of liars tone of voice will change.

Kinistetic thinkers also change colors, when they lie,the body tempature rises, creating a red look or a sweating.

Also if someone stares at you straight in the eyes and speaks to you, theyre is a good chance they are lying. Most people who tell the truth will scan,as they will scan back and fourth as they have to use the part of there brain that recalls information when they are engaging in conversation.

There is much more, but that is just typical shit.
