eclipse price

i was wondering if this was a good deal or not . .. its a 99 eclipse rs it has 49k miles on it, it also has a pretty nice body kit, an HP racing header and downpipe, a new exhaust & intake, alarm system, its lowered 2'', powerslot rotors, KYG shocks and a racing clutch . . . the asking price is 10,300 and it doesnt sound unreasonable but i do not know a lot about cars and i didnt want to get screwed so any imput would be appreciated
