Layin out an 01 Frontier

I have an 01 Frontier bagged on 18's, 4-linked in the rear. It's bagged but it's not laying out, the frame doesn't lay in the front or the back. How do i get it to lay out? I'm sure i'll need some lowered control arms for the front, where could i get them for the 01+? And will i have to shorten the rear end? Thanks for any help
