Could you pick just one ride?

I was thinking last night that if I had the money to buy any ride in the world, I don't know if I could just pick one... So I am wondering what would your one ride be if you could only pick one to have?
So after a while I was able to narrow it down to either a Porsche Speedster like James Dean was killed in. Or give Chip Foose a boat load of money and tell him to build whatever he wanted.
