68 burban. id like to keep the anti-sway bar. sway bar is on top of the lower control arm. right now as it sits with short coils, the spring pocket hits the sway bar on moderate to heavy bumps creating a poo ride. (very little wheel travel)
i am thinking of cutting a small notch inthe lower control arm, underneath its present location and mounting it there. that way the bar would be underneath(and not really any closer to the ground because its inside the control arm) and the only thing between the spring pocket and control arm would be the heads of the mount bolts, damped by a short bumpstop. yay or nay? all my $$ is going for the house so i am forced to delay bags for a few months. im gonna (try to) keep the sway bar with bags anyways...
