hey i was just driving my moms durango and

hi i was just driving my moms durango in the snow and i was screwing around in the snow,and i gave it a lot of gas and the rpms went up past the redline. but it was only there for a second or two, and let off real soon,and it kept driving, and when i parked it. i shut it off and started it back up a few times and nothing seemed wrong, i don't smell anything wrong. so im wondering if i fucked anything up in her engine.
