3" blocks, lowered torsion bars...will I....

Hey i have a 89 b2200 cab+ (if it matters) Im going to put 3 inch blocks in the back and crank the torsion bars in the front..till its level. Will i hit the bumpstop? If so, and i take them out...will i hit the axel? Also, what size tire should i throw on the stock 15's? (and not rub...In the summer ill get wheels, but i need tires bad for now)
