Cingular..who has it?

im going to be getting a new cell plan. So far its going to be cingular. Who out there has it and how does it work. Im mainly concerned about reception, especially because ill be living in wyoming soon. If i go with cingular, im gettin the Motorola v551 phone, anyone have any opinions?
