best place to buy slam bags

im lookin to buy the stuff to bag the front of my sonoma some time this week and i have decided to just run slams up front and no shocks because i heard they are stiff enough to support the truck. Anyway, does anyone know where i can get the best price on a pair of slam bags? Also, i heard from kelso that you had to notch the frame for the a-arm...anyone have pictures of this?
