i have the 3 liter flex fuel 5 speed 99 ranger and when it is idling you will hear and slight chirping sound but not loud enuff to hear and bug thae shit out of me but at idle is will chirp then stop but never full on chirp but when you start going through the gears and driving it it will start to chirp constantly once and awhile but it doesnt always do it. I changed the belt, pullies are all right on, injectors/airfilter/oil/sparkplugs/were changed and the whole intake manifold was pulled off and cleaned beacause it was filthy and it just now started doing this along with the check engine light coming on now and the diagnostic computer says that there is something wrong with the egr valve.....the only thing i can think of is that it is something on the pully system like the alternator but i cant really hear where its coming from beacuse most of the time it is chirping is when i'm driving....i'm lost at what it is...help me out
