Disc brake conversion kit for S10.....

I have an 85 S10, and I was wanting to convert the rear to disc brakes. I've heard something about a camaro rearend swap but i just wanted to get the details on eveything. Do they make a disc brake conversion kit for the 82-90 S10????? Any help is appreciated
