lower arms?

anyone have any pictures of notched lower a arms? I am trying to lay on 18s but am still about an inch off. I have my bag mounts at the upper most part of my frame. All the way down, I am still not laying with the 18s. I can put my stock wheels on and it lays out, but with the 18s I don't. I don't wat spindles cuz someone said they push my wheels out, so, I'm wondering if notching my lowers will help me out.
