a while back i was lettin a guy i know put an amp in my truck and when he got it all hooked up the cd player wouldn't come on, he touched the pos and neg wire to gether then there was no interior light hood lamp or radio all the fuses are fine fuses under hood are fine and the fusibal link was good what else could it be
