venting

Anybody else have to deal with engineers on an everyday basis. Ive got this cork soaker at work like 45 years old and thinks his shit dont stink(literaly). the guy dont turn on the fan in the bathroom. but to get back to my point , this guy spends all day in the office doing our CAD stuff , and then comes out and trys to tell me how to weld something. he then proceeds to tell me that brazing is far supperior to welding in every way. needless to say i laughed right in his face and told him to go back to his chair.just wondering if anyone else has to deal with someone like this at there work tellin you how to do stuff that you have been trained to do??
