Looking for Bright Headlight Bulbs

One of my high beams is blown.. and the bulbs I have now are PIAA Super Plasma H4 and everywhere I've looked they're $60+ and I would want a new set since theyre nice, and don't want one brighter than the other.. but I was just wondering if any of the other brands are pretty bright, I seen Silverstar, etc.. but maybe some of you know of a good brand that's pretty bright.

I use the Hella lens,with the Sylvania bulbs, their 110 watt & izion gas . From the side these look blue in color.
