2 viar 380's and a 12 gallon

I just got 2 viar 380's and a 12 gallon tank and was just wondering about how long I should expect them to take to fill up my tank. I know from 0 its gonna take a while but once its up to 100 it should only take a few more minutes to get up to 150 or so right? Thanks
