project?

i found a 1st gen s10 for sale in my town on a car lot.it has a super straight(near perfect)body with good paint and no rust.they want $595 cash for it.im guessin since it has such a low price that it pb doesnt have a engine.they were already closed so i didnt get to check.what do u think?
