Is this a gay idea?

I've been doing measurements and i figured out that i'm about a 1/4 inch away from laying 22's in the rear. The only problem is, i run into my luggage rack/shelf where the 6x9 holes are (i cant cut any further they'll stick out the decklid). So i was thinking of fixing this problem by making my rocker hang down an extra 1/4 inch (so it can have room to tuck such a monster wheel). I'm building 3/16 rockers so i can make the addition completely flawlessly. The only way anyone could really tell is if they measured the height of my car vs. another b/d cutlass. Is this a horrible idea? Should i just stick with 20's in the rear? 22's should tuck three lugnuts so i was thinking that could look pretty bad ass. So you guys tell me, is this a gay idea?
