cam position sensor on a malibu

i have a 1998 malibu with the 3.1 in it. the check engine light came on and the codes read for a cam position sensor being bad, does anyone know where it is located and if it easy to change. also the O2 sensors went out , those are located under the car on the exhaust ain't they. thanks for the help.
