? on oem 6 lug wheels

i know there is a hundred ?s on this, but im going to try and get some z-71 wheels or navigator wheels for my HB, my ? is does these wheels require work to get them to fit like the eskies, im not getting eskis cause i dont want to have them machined. thanks and any info is appreciated.
