Will this hold my headliner?

DAP High Strength Spray Adhesive: The label says "...is a high strength, high temperature resistant formulation that bonds most woods, particle board, metal, laminate, and many plastics. It is ideal for use on trim work, door panels, decorative laminates, upholstery work, and many other demanding applications." This stuff came with the vinyl I'm using on the headliner, but it was supposed to be for the door panels, so I don't know if it will work for the headliner. Will it? Thanks.
