Due to the rash of complaints about this individual I am willing to offer free legal advice to resolve any issues with this little scammer. Due to the fact you guys all live in different states I will have to examine each on an individual basis to determine the total amount of fraud counts. Any e-mails pertaining to a transfer of goods can be a legally binding contract in your state Statutes. Also any items sent through the US postal service under this contract can be counted as Federal Mail fraud. However we will need to send him a legal letter requesting funds via Return Certified Mail to show a collection effort is being made. Once this is established then we can pursue futher legal actions with a possibility of involving the local authorities in his home town. If you would like any help please let me know.
