Dec 29th 2003 I ordered a 19" KMC Sucide rim in a universal 4 lug to fit a civic from The Brim Shop threw a guy known as BJ. I recieved the rim about 3 weeks later. Apon opening it I discover the rim is chrome when it was sapposed to be a silver gunmetal. Called up BJ that next day and informed him of the miss hap. Back and forth for weeks he says basically there is nothing he can do. So i drop all 4 of my rims off to be powder coated. Never bothered to take the chrome rim even out of the box. Got the rims back from the powder coater get the tires mounted. Mount 3 of the rims and go to mount the 4th rim which was form good old BJ and it doesn't fit. I am avvid to say the least. I call up BJ in a huff. back and forth for about 2 weeks. Finally he says he will take it back and have the rim filled and redrilled then have it repowdered caoted. Well for about 6 months he has my rim every week I called and it was it went to get done we got it back it's goin out it went back to the shop to be drilled after he told me it was done. Then his machine was down then it was drilled but it was off by a MM...yeah I know a MM what a dickhead...Then it was on it's way out...it was sent.. they got it back it was sent...More BS from BJ...Finally I get my rim back from this asshole the rim wasn't re drilled wasn't anything, but now my powdercating was ruined like someone poared something on it and caused black runs all over everything which wouldn't come off. Great so I call BJ back up he gets loud yadyadayada he's sending me an adapter...Now this is like a year later since I ordered the rim....it's feb 12th 2005 and this asshole still hasn't taken care of his fuck up I still call and I still get the run around. What can I legally do?I was just wondering if anyone has some horror stories like mine FROM BJ at THE BRIM SHOP...
