Dual brand head unit?

i need a headunit for my car and someone is selling a Dual brand head unit for 50 bucks. I cant find any info on it and i never heard of the brand, does anybody have any input on them? Would it be worth 50 bucks? If its complete shit i think ill just hold out and get something better, unless he wants to sell it for like 20 dollars and ill just use it as a hold over.
