What does it take to lay out a 98 taco in the front on 18's

Subject says it all. I already have Djm upper control arms which lowered It 2 inches. Can I use these or do I need spindles, or both. I do not have my factory uppers any more so I hope I can use the djm ones. I will be using torsion style brackets but just need to know what uppers and do I need spindles.
