on mid 80s 4runners theres plastic panelo on the side behind the door how would i fill tht in and make it look good... and i kno with metal and filler

Maybe look at other vehicles to cut the panel from with the shape you like, its surprising what can be adapted fairly easily. Have a play in photoshop too to narrow down your options.
