Front Bagging Question (What to do with the Torsion Bars)

ok i'm bagging the front of my truck and i have been cutting off the sway bars brackets shock mounts ect and i have gotten to the torsion bars what do i do with them they look like they go all the way through the lower control arm to hold them to the frame do they slide out when you unbolt those two bolts on the side of the control arm? or should i just cut it off a few inches behind the control arm and as far the back of the torsion bars does that bolt just screw out all the way and the back come down. also up front i'm going to have to cut out a lot of bracket to get to the frame to weld in the upper bracket how did you guys do this cutting torch grinder? any help will be greatly appreciated and especially pictures would be great thanks in advance
