95 4runner clip

ok im doin the 4runner thing on my yota. ive got the bumper, valance, and fenders on. i took out the grille tonight but it's WAY off from fitting in. (holes dont match) my question is how to mount this thing without swapping core supports. i know ive read something on this somewhere but can't find it now. any help would be great. oh and i have the old stock headlights for now. will be picking up the new headlights in a few weeks

mini truckin november 2004 is what you are looking for, i did conversion on mine a few years ago, wish i switched core supports now. the only chopping is for the headlights to fit, as far as the grille i used like 4 clips and a sheet metal screw in the bottom center. hope this helps

not that hard to do, this is what I did with mines, after yanking out the stock headlights, I test fitted everything with the grille, corner lamps and headlights.. I marked the hole where u later have to drill to bolt and hold the headlight up... for me I didn't notch the core support, some peeps notch it so the headlights sits back but I didn't have to everything was flushed... after u do that all u need is wire up the pig tails & plug in some hyper whites and there u got it... 4RUNNA FRONT
